Apartment A**** (for 2 - 4 persons)

The apartment A is a 2-rooms flat of approx. 60m² consisting of 1 bedroom, open living/dining area with a kitchen, 1 bathroom and a 12m² large terrace.

• Built-in kitchen including all electric devices (electric cooker, refrigerator with icebox, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave)

Prices:

The prices include all before mentioned services and are understood per apartment and per night (independent from the number of persons). The prices are in EURO (€) and per night / effective from November 2011.
For all reservations made before March 31st we give 5% discount on all prices mentioned below.
Beginning from 2011 a one-time fee of € 30,00 is payable for dogs.

The tax amounts to approx. € 1,00/day and person. For children up to 12 years no tax is applicable, from 12 - 18 years old children the tax amounts to € 0,50. It has to be paid on registration by and to the landlord. A deposit of 20% is requested upon receipt of booking confirmation.
